We manufacture first, second and third-stage buckets and nozzles for frame 6B and frame 9E gas turbines, including third stage Advanced Aero design. Our manufactured parts withstand the highest firing temperatures (2,184 F/ 2,084 F). Advanced materials, coatings and cooling schemes maximize the reliability and durability of the parts. The airfoil design is compatible with the latest and all previous models. Second stage nozzles can be pressurized or no pressurized and vice versa. Applications of airfoils also provide opportunities for uprating installed units.

This strongly supports our in-house efforts to develop spare parts at lower cost, greater efficiency, lower service life costs and enhanced availability when compared to OEM parts.
